So, before the dhak beats this year, we're building a wall of drawings — Durga descending from a starship, alpona traced in light, your ঠাকুমার Kantha stitched with circuits. Same soul, new skin. Anyone, anywhere, can add one.
One drawing, one idea: a Bengali tradition — a festival, a food, a fabric, a face — carried a hundred years into the future, without losing what makes it recognisably ours.
No brief is too literal or too strange. A pandal built from light instead of bamboo. Ilish cooked by a robot hand, still in mustard gravy. A rickshaw that flies over the Hooghly. Draw it the way you actually imagine it, in whatever style you already draw in.
